If you are a Purchaser and have sent your Agreement of Purchase and Sale to Bukhari Law Office then you should complete the form below and press submit once you are satisfied. The form is delivered immediately to Real Estate staff who are working on your file.

It is very important that you arrange fire insurance and have your broker fax proof to 905 227 2843 showing your Mortgage lendor as First Loss Payable. You must do this.

Our office will be contacting the utility companies in writing advising them of the closing. However, they will not change the billing until you contact them directly over the telephone and provide your credit information. You must do this.

In the form below please indicate in whose name the house will be in. Spouses generally buy as Joint Tenants so that if one spouse dies the survivor receives the entire property. If you are a single buyer just put in your name by itself. You must provide date of birth and marital status of each Owner

Mortgage instructions must be received at least 5 business days before closing to be avoid being charged Rush Mortgage Fees.

Most transactions close without any issues.  However, if Mr. B. has to deal with late mortgage instructions, non Chartered Bank mortgages, extension (s) to closing, sheriff executions, identity issues etc then legal fees will increase.

On signing date you will need to bring in one photo ID such as driver's licence or passport, PLUS another ID such as a credit card from a major bank.  Mortgage companies will not waive this requirement due to FRAUD concerns. A list of standard acceptable ID can be reviewed by clicking here. You must have acceptable ID otherwise the Bank will not advance mortgage monies.

You will be contacted a few days before Closing to schedule an appointment of signing and to tell you how much money to bring in. All closing funds most be payable to Bukhari Law Office in Trust and be either a certified cheque or a bank draft.

If all goes well you will receive your keys late in the day on your Closing Date.
