Q:   I have an unpaid Tax payment. What would it cost to have you pay it for me?

A:   No charge unless a Solicitor's Undertaking has to be given to another lawyer. In such case an automatic charge of $200 is applicable.

Q:   I have a similer name Execution against me. What is the cost of handling this issue?

A:   A Statutory Declaration is required and Teranet Document changes also necessary costing $250.

Q:   I have Bridge Financing arranged with my bank for my Sale and Purchase. Is there an extra charge?

A:   No charge if Mr. Bukhari does not have to sign anything or be involved. If lawyer's involvement required by bank then automatic charge of $225 per involved Transaction.

Q:   What is the Charge of arranging Title Insurance?

A:    $175 for filling out Title Insuance application and answering all their questions to get policy issued.

Q:   What is your fee for reviewing an Agreement of Purchase and Sale?

A:   Fees range from $250 to $450.

Q:  I have used up my initial referral Real Estate Purchase and or Sale fee discount and am now returning with other business. What would be my Fee for Real Estate?

A:   Standard Fees apply but you can always talk to Mr. B about the matter before your closing date.
