The Real Estate Transaction fees below are for Single family dwellings. If your Purchase involves Tenants or Duplexes etc. please refer to the Extra Fees section of this Website.
Prefered Agent referred Transaction fee = $325.00 +Tax and Disbursments
Agent referred Transaction fee = $375.00 +Tax and Disbursments
Regular Real Estate fee = $550.00 +Tax and Disbursments
The average overall cost of fees and Disbursments for a Real Estate Transaction that is Agent referred is about $1,250.00.
Non agent referred transactions are about $1,475.00.
Clients should be aware that the above prices only include either Discharge or Arranging of a First Mortgage / Security with National banks such as; Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank, TD Bank, Canada Trust, Scotia Bank, CIBC. If smaller banks or Trust companies require Bukhari Law Office to do additional work beyond what a National Bank would require then a Non Conventional Mortgage fee of $225.00 maybe charged.
