How long does it take for my Will to be processed once I have submitted the Will and Power of Attorney Questionnaire on your website?
Wills that have been prepaid on the Online Payment System receive priority and are processed in order of reciept based on volume. Wills that have not been prepaid are processed as soon as all prepaid Wills have been been completed and emailed to our client.
If you are in a Rush to have your Will and Power of Attorney signed Please Prepay the Document Online. Common reasons for rushing documents are that you are leaving for vacation, have an illness or are worried about not having a guardian in place for your minor children.
