Bukhari Law Office Will signing program can be done entirely by choosing the type of product that you wish and you will be lead to a questionaire for your completion.
You have a choice of a single or spousal package. A single package is $80.00 plus GST and a spousal package is $100.00 plus GST. However, Mr. Bukhari gives a discounted Will and POA to anyone who is a Single Parent, Senior Citizen, or a Disabled Individual and the price is $40.00. You will recieve a Last Will and Testament together with a Power of Attorney for Personal Care and a Power of Attorney for Property.
A Power of Attorney for Personal Care is sometimes also called a Living Will and it is commonly used for Doctors and Hospitals.
A Power of Attorney for Property is used for your assets and is often required by banks or Lawyers.
A Power of Attorney can only be used if you are alive and covers situations where you cannot make a decision yourself because you are incapacitated or otherwise unavailable. For example you could be on vacation etc.
Your Will deals with matters after your death. You need to appoint an Executor and a back up Executor and decide how you want your assets to be distributed and to whom. In addition, if you have children under the age of 18 you will need to appoint your preferred guardian.

Your legal documents will be processed immediately and if Bukhari Law Office has any questions, you will be contacted by phone or email to clarify your instruction.
You will be sent your documents by email. You will need to schedule your appointment within 14 days of being sent your email containing your draft documents by making your online payment. If you miss a scheduled appointment with Mr. Bukhari without 48 hours notice of cancellation you will need to pay the missed appointment cancellation fee of $25.00 plus tax. This fee covers the cost of retyping your documents as the date for signing will have to be changed.
At all times Mr. Bukhari, a lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience with a Masters of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, will be personally available over the phone or by email to answer your questions. In addition, Mr. Bukhari will go over your Will and Power of Attorney's with you when you meet with him to sign your documents and any last minute changes can be made and initialed at the same time.
Finally, when you come in to sign your documents you will need to bring in your groceries which Bukhari Law Office will deliver to a local food bank. For a single Will package one (1) bag of groceries and for a spousal Will two (2) bags of groceries. If you are eligable for a discounted Will because you are a Single Parent, Senior Citizen, or a disabled Individual you only need to bring in 2 large jars of Peanut Butter.
