At this time the only signing location is St. Catharines, Ontario so the program is limited to residents of the Niagara Peninsula in the Province of Ontario.
If you miss a scheduled appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance then you will be required to double your food donation for the poor and needy.
If you fail to either schedule or reschedule an appointment for signing your Will / POA's then Bukhari Law Office reserves the right to invoice it's regular legal fees for services rendered in order to prevent abuse. The regular fee for singles is $250 and for spousal is $500 with taxes extra.
Bukhari Law reserves the right to decline registrations that are not verified as genuine or from Niagara, Ontario residents as per the sole discretion of the law office.
All the above comments are referred to in the submission form as Terms and Conditions and each registrant is required to accept same for documents to be processed.
A Power of Attorney for Personal Care is sometimes also called a Living Will and it is commonly used for Doctors and Hospitals.
A Power of Attorney for Property is used for your assets and is often required by banks or Lawyers.
A Power of Attorney can only be used if you are alive and covers situations where you cannot make a decision yourself because you are incapacitated or otherwise unavailable. For example you could be on vacation etc.
Your Will deals with matters after your death. You need to appoint an Executor and a back up Executor and decide how you want your assets to be distributed and to whom. In addition, if you have children under the age of 18 you will need to appoint your preferred guardian.

Your legal documents will be processed as soon as possible and if Bukhari Law Office has any questions, you will be contacted by phone or email to clarify your instructions.
You will be sent your documents by email. You will need to schedule your appointment within 21 days of being sent your email containing your draft documents.
Finally, when you come in to sign your documents you will need to bring in your groceries which Bukhari Law Office will deliver to a local food bank. For a single Will package bring in two ( 2 ) bags of groceries and for a spousal Will four ( 4 ) bags of groceries.
