The Law Practice is mainly focused on Real Estate, Corporate / Business Law, Separation Agreements, Wills / Estates, Immigration and Uncontested Divorces.
3. Is Mr. B. available for after hours appointments ?
Yes, but weekends are preferred to evening appointments. There is an extra charge for after hour weekday appointments but no extra charge for weekend day time appointments. The missed appointment fee, unless cancelled 24 hours in advance is $75.00.
4. Does Mr. B. offer free appointments ?
Yes, you can request that the first half hour be free. However, Mr. B. prefers to give Free Email Legal Advice to Niagara Residents as it is faster for everyone.
5. I want to email Mr. B. a Question ..... are their any restrictions?
You have to be a resident of Niagara and Mr. B. will only respond to legitimate questions he can respond to in his area of law. Once Mr. B. is satisfied he can no longer give useful answers then Mr. B. will no longer answer questions on the same subject matter. Mr. B. reserves the right not to respond to spam / junk / phony etc. questions.
6. If I want advice over the internet as I am busy and it is more than a simple question how will I pay ?
Mr, B. may decide to invoice you or reach other suitable arrangements with you that suit the type of legal work and time involved.
7. I have a document that I would like Mr. B. to review. How do I do this ?
Fill out the Legal Services Request Form and then retain Mr. B. as your Lawyer. He will then quote you a fee.
8. I would like to get a free Will and Power of Attorney... is this possible?
Mr. B. occasionally runs a Free Wills and POA's Services in exchange for food that is donated to food banks. This program is only run in Niagara. Keep an eye out for an Ad in Niagara This Week.
