Mr. B. is available for speeches and events etc and charges a fee.  He is, however, available for charitable fundraising events, publicly funded institutions ( schools, universities, hospitals etc ) and for registered charities  without a fee.  In both cases his travel expenses must be paid in advance.  Mr. B.'s special requirements are noted below.

Mr. B. is on a life support respirator and uses a powered wheelchair. His family requires that he travel in comfort, with adequate staff around him so that he is kept safe and secure at all times. The family requires that any party inviting or requesting Mr. B. do not shave expenses in taking care of him once he steps out of their care and into the inviting party's hands. Despite these  overwhelming odds against him Mr. B. works 7 days a week, 15-18 hours a day, using every ounce of his skills and strength to make a difference in the lives of others and to live his own life to the maximum and at full throttle.

Generally for all trips an advance team is sent ahead to ensure arrangements are satisfactory in every aspect. This advance team set-up life support equipment, back-up power failure batteries, plan meals, check audio equipment, handicap accessibility, ventilation, security etc. Once everything is approved by them the green light is given to bring Mr. B. to the location.

All transportation arrangements, including private charter bookings, are made by Mr. B.'s staff as they are  trained on Mr. B.'s needs. The inviting party is responsible for working with Mr. B.'s staff with respect to arrival details and planning of the stay in their locale.

Mr. B. uses life support equipment which operates on 110 volts 60 cycles. In countries outside and , where the power source may be different, suitable conversion equipment together with four 12 volt deep cycle marine batteries with chargers must be available in case of electrical problems or power failure. These systems are tested by the advance crew prior to Mr. B.'s arrival.

Private charter jets are necessary as regular airlines  find it difficult to cope with Mr. B.'s special needs without inconveniencing other passengers especially with the high security presently in place at all airports which is causing substantial delays for all travelers.
