CHASING GOOD

Opening The Door To The  Forgotten Message Will Change Your Life and Lighten The Path Towards Peace

By S. Enam Bukhari

Canadian-based writer S. Enam Bukhari has penned a unique book, seamlessly blending his personal tragedy with world events and it tells the compelling story of his death, receiving Last Rites and his struggle to return to an active life on a life support respirator. Chasing Good represents a breath of fresh air with respect to how anyone can positively change their life despite obstacles and even contribute to making the world a better place.

Bukhari’s Chasing Good book traces his early life and reveals how the Author came to the end of his life and then miraculously had to start all over again. The book illustrates the total difference between the Author’s old life and how Bukhari had to find a mental path to move forward in life on a life support respirator at a time when society regarded people with such severe forms of disabilities as a burden. The mental path is traced in detail that led to the Chasing Good philosophy which helped the Author rise from being a patient in Intensive Care to a person who has become a contributing member of society. The book describes the exact formula which anyone can use to develop a better life at any point during their lifetime. The Chasing Good philosophy has been successfully used by executives to move forward in their careers, by persons recovering from a tragedy and by many people in all walks of life who are looking for a sense of purpose.

Chasing Good is blended by the Author into current world events which threaten the whole world. Implementing the formula for change involves practicing five essential keys which are described in the book and the Author indicates how he developed and used these keys for positive change. Bukhari is a living example that the Chasing Good philosophy actually works. Anyone reading the book will quickly realize that the path they have to travel to positively move forward in life will be far shorter and easier than the path that the Author had to travel.

The book is based upon a true story with even the smallest details being provided. Bukhari used the Chasing Good philosophy to bring to life the core message in all the major religions and leaves the reader with a passionate desire for positive change for themselves and also by actively participating in trying to make the world a safer place for all. Bukhari’s example as portrayed in this book demonstrates that every single person has the ability to meaningfully contribute to society. It is simply a matter of understanding the manner and how to do so and Chasing Good helps provide the framework.

AUTHOR BIO

S. Enam Bukhari was born in Tripoli, Libya and raised as a Muslim.  He graduated from a United States Military School at Wheelus Air Force Base in Libya where he was strongly influenced by the Base Commander, a Tuskegee Airman, who later went on to become the first Black 4 Star General in the history of the United States (General Daniel "Chappie” James). At age 18 Bukhari immigrated to Canada and went on to become a Lawyer by the age of 26.

When he was 34 Bukhari contracted viral pneumonia and after spending one year in intensive care was written off as a contributing member of society because he was dependent on a life support ventilator for each and every breath and he could barely speak.  Bukhari did not let that stop him. He went on to develop his unique philosophy of Chasing Good and he went back to University.  He obtained his Masters of Law from Canada's leading law school in Mediation and Negotiation.

Bukhari has won significant awards and recognition for public service in the community that he lives in near Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. He credits the Chasing Good Philosophy for giving him the drive to get out on the coldest freezing Canadian winter days in his wheelchair on a ventilator to help make a difference in other people's lives.
